The NBN50 plan is configured on the nbn50 Wholesale Plan tier with 20Mbps upload. This has a typical evening speed of 42.6Mbps download and ideal for;
It is very strange why you are only getting this download and upload and we'd like to further check on this.
Have you tried checking the speed using only one device connected via ethernet cable and Wi-Fi?

These are speed after changed channels. The highest one is channel 6 however; I ain't still happy with that speed with our plan. What else I can do now?
