Superfast broadband speed

I would like to enquire about my superfast broadband speed. I can recall undergoing a free trial and seeing good transfer speeds (unrecorded) but having change over to superfast broadband permanently (reported 120Mbps) I seem to only range between 55-65Mbps.

Do I have any options to improve this ? Seeing faster speeds in the past, i'm thinking it isn't related to the connection at the premesis end. I also see intermittent drop outs which sometimes don't fix themselves until I restart the modem. Are there any new modem models I could be trying ?

Did you test the speed via WiFi or Wired connection?

If via WiFi, are you connected to the 2.4GHz or 5GHz band network?

I haven't seen the reply from Aubrey if you are able to please share her findings.

Regarding the speed, something has definately changed as the constant peak has changed from 65 to now 75Mbps. Although this still falls short of expectations.
