Hi,
I am temporarily supposed to be on NBN100 while waiting for my FTTP install for the superspeed account. Recently upgraded from 5G100. I called TPG to let them know that they are throttling my account to the wrong speed but I have already paid a month in advance. How long does it take the tech team to make a switch from 50 to 100 ???
