TP Link VR1600V - No internet

I have reset this device as per the current status advice on the TPG website but there is still no internet. I need someone to check this connection please.

Just to be clear, there is no NBN outage in this area and this issue only seems to affect certain TPG customers with a TP Link VR1600V.

Before performing any troubleshooting, have you tried to check if the service is affected by an outage?

If not, please check it here:

If your service is not affected by an outage, please shoot me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number.

I cant even reply to your private message @BasilDV  . This platform is terrible.
