Is TPG Email down? I can send out emails but cant receive emails.

error message below

Sending of password for user ****** did not succeed. Mail server mail.tpg.com.au responded: USER ******** set, mate

We'd like to check in this case further as we did not receive any report that there's an issue with our Mail servers.

Please send me a PM with your TPG Email address and the complete error message you received to assess this.
