Good morning,
Your techs have been here a couple of times. Now, it's as if thery had never tweaked it. Dropouts seem longer and remain intermittent.
I've taken photos of the router during normal operation and during dropout. Doh! As I write the signal has dropped out.
It's usually operator error when I'm involved so I'll not be surprised if that's the case. Any suggessestions?
