The Slowest speeds

Why has my internet at home been so slow over the last month. This combined with general outages is unacceptable.

What speed are you currently getting? Do you know what speed tier are you on?

 

What troubleshooting have you done so far?

Are you using a WiFi or a Wired connection? If via WiFi, are you connected to the 2.4GHz or 5GHz band network?

Did you test the speed via Wired for comparison?

5Ghz wifi sitting next to the modem. Getting 19mbps. Should be ~50. I am more than disappointed that your site says <20mbps is "acceptable". Have restarted modem several times. I cannot plug a computer in.

Internet drops out completely intermittently thought the day and evening.
