What troubleshooting have you tried so far?
Have you tried to test the speed on both WiFi and Wired connection?
If not, can you test the speed via Wired for comparison?
Are you under the NBN or Wireless Broadband service?
Do you know the speed of your plan?

Hi @Kangkim8 . In your screenshot, the IP address shown looks to be for a phone using mobile data, not your home wifi. But, maybe that's how 4G home wireless broadband works; it looks like a mobile phone.
Even so, in the screenshot, there is no Wifi symbol in the phone status line, which made me think the phone is on mobile data. I see Bluetooth and LTE symbols.
If you are on mobile data, the speed might be affected by the weak 4G signal.
