Trying to get my wifi connected to NBN

Hello,
I have a text message saying to watch a 2 minute video to set up my nbn I have done so but it’s still not connected. Three green lights and a red light on the wifi.
Can someone assist me?

Hi there,

Are you able to use the wired connection?

The TPG modem is pre configure however it can goes wrong while trying to connect to TPG network.

If this is the case you may need to set up manually.
