Hi @sheryl1980

Did you check the QoS or Bandwidth control on your modem/router if it's enabled or disabled?

If enabled, please set the speed correctly.

Also refer to the previous thread here: Qos settings

Let us know how it goes.

We'd like to confirm if the upgrade has been applied to the account.

Please send us a private message with your account details.

Also, can you set the 'Bandwidth setting' to Manual? Then try the value on the thread provided above.

Hi @sheryl1980 . Is this fixed?

Was it wrongly configured at TPG end, or was QoS set wrongly?

@sheryl1980 . Is TPG still working on this or given up?

Try this. Disable QoS.

Use your ethernet computer to run the speed test on TPG support page.

As it runs, does the download graph and upload graph proceed smoothly, or do they stop and start?

What speeds does the test show?

Do some local timings. Copy and paste the output of the commands back here.

ping the router LAN address 10 times:          ping -n 10 192.168.1.1

and again with long data (lower case L):       ping -n 10 -l 65000 192.168.1.1

do    tracert tpg.com.au

After 7th address, press Control C.

Do the 2 ping commands above using the address shown as address 2.

I believe this is the first bit of TPG network on other side of NBN.
