Ultrafast offer - Speed Issue

I joined ultra fast (250)offer today and recived an eamil that plan change has been completed.


I checked the speed after the power cycle the modem/HFC NBN device. 

Found actual speed is slower than (50) plan I used to have.


I have contacted support and perform the the power cycle the modem and hfc device and provide speed for conneting only single device using wirless and wired.


Wireless was 36 ~ 39 mbps

Wireed was 44 ~ 69 mbps


I hope tech support can sort this issue out. Beause few month a go I tried 100 plan and speed was not much different from 50 plan so went back to 50. I felt faster plan performes not better than 50 in my case.
