Unable to hear when I receive calls through VPN

I have the same issue with my Cisco Jabber Client and using anyconnect VPN at home. 2-way video works but audio is one way. As soon as I disconnect the VPN and just use the internet, I get 2-way audio and video. If I tether my phone to my laptop which is on optus and connect to the VPN, I don't have the issue.

This particular issue was raised to our Engineering Team and have found no fault on the network. 

 

Have you already reported the issue to the VPN provider?

Yes I have reported it to the VPN provider Cisco and they could not find any issue, they pointed me back to the ISP because i am able to get it to work on any other provider but TPG.

I've raised the issue now to our Engineering team to check what seemed to the issue. Updates will be provided via phone call or SMS where possible.
