Upgrading Plan

Customer service always promised on this and that days. But when the day arrived still nothing happened again and again. It already 12 days since I got email related to upgrading plan. And it still in progress. How and when will it be done? Many calls and chats have already done. So tired about that.

We've managed to check the status of your request and we can confirm that the new plan - NBN25 has been activated since yesterday. If you still encounter an issue with your new plan, do not hesitate to let us know.
