I have tested via wifi using 5 ghz connection. My router is TP link Model Archer C1200 (black).

We've reset your NBN NTD connection. Please reboot the router again and test the speed on both WiFi and Wired connection.
If you are still getting a low upload speed, shoot me a PM with your preferred time and best number to be contacted today.
