Get online support
hello. from about 12pm today, I can not access internet. FTTC NBN. I have called TPG but was advised nothing but to wait. Your support just told me to wait for "four lights are on"?!
can someone help me? or send me a technician?
The NBN box shows NBN line is ok because power line and NBN line lights are stable blue.
The router (you sent to me) log shows:

Thanks for raising this with us.
We've checked your account and understand that you've been in touch with our Tech team.
The case was raised to our Engineers and requested for an NBN technician to check your service.
The appointment has been booked and further updates will be given as soon as it becomes available.

Its working now.
The technician came and changed equipment in the pit very quickly. Then, all good.
Thank you!
I must address that: the guide/FAQ of NBN or NCD is "wrong". It says "two blue lights--- NBN line ok, contact with your provider". Turns out, it is NBN's matter.
Thanks for the feedback @conveyancing and were glad that the service is back.
Let us know if you need further assistance.
