VERY SLOW 5G

We are experiencing really slow internet speed since changing from NBN to 5G with TPG. Speed test showing download speed of between 2 and 4 mbps which is shocking. Should be 100mbps. Any idea how this can be fixed? Modem has been turned off and back on. It’s brand new as well.

Is the modem/router located near the window for better 5G signal coverage?

Have you tried relocating it for signal checking? If not, please try it first to check if it's going to improve your connection speed.

 

If there's no difference, please send me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number to assist you accordingly.
