Hello,
I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing these internet issues. It sounds frustrating! Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:
Check Connections: Ensure all cables are securely connected, including the Ethernet cable from your modem to the router and from the router to your computer.
Restart Devices: You've already restarted your modem/router, but try doing it again just to be sure.
Update Firmware: Make sure your Asus DSL-AC68U modem/router firmware is up to date. You can check for updates on the ASUS website or through the router's web interface.
Log Analysis: The repeated "Fail to connect" messages in your log could indicate a problem with the WAN settings or a potential hardware issue. You might want to review the WAN settings in your router's web interface and ensure they match the information provided by TPG.
