Thank you.
Hello,
I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing these internet issues. It sounds frustrating! Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:
Check Connections: Ensure all cables are securely connected, including the Ethernet cable from your modem to the router and from the router to your computer.
Restart Devices: You've already restarted your modem/router, but try doing it again just to be sure.
Update Firmware: Make sure your Asus DSL-AC68U modem/router firmware is up to date. You can check for updates on the ASUS website or through the router's web interface.
Log Analysis: The repeated "Fail to connect" messages in your log could indicate a problem with the WAN settings or a potential hardware issue. You might want to review the WAN settings in your router's web interface and ensure they match the information provided by TPG.
Hi!
Thank you for your advice.
I am trying to connect by replacing my original DSL modem (HUAWEI HG659).
Currently, HUAWEI HG659 has no connection error log and no Connection dropouts.
In the next step, I try resetting the DSL-AC68U and connection check.
Regards.
Hi @sonic,
We'll check out what's happening with your connection. Can you send me a DM?
