We ran an initial test to the service it shows connected for 2d 8h 22m, please confirm if the issue still persisits and what devices are affected.

Im also having the same issue:
WAN connection INTERNET_R_VID_2:IPv4 disconnected.(ERROR_NO_CARRIER)
connection drops out about every 20 mins and has only just started doing this constantly from last night.

On further investigation by TPG regarding my issue at the time, TPG found that there was an outage by the NBN co at the same times that this issue was occuring
