Why the modem light off when I activated?

When I followed the instructions of activating the TPG NBN service, only the power was light as blue, the internet was flashing, DSL and LAN was off. Can anyone tell me what happened?

Based on our records, the Network Connection Device (NCD) was having trouble getting a connection. It could have been an incorrect equipment set up or a fault that NBNCo needs to check. Nonetheless, I can see that you were assisted by our Provisioning Team in booking an NBN technician to get the service installed tomorrow. Your attendance is required for the technician visit.

Hi I thought I missed the technicians because they didn’t contact me when they came. They can’t come through the gate. What should I do next? Can you arrange another time for me? And please let them contact me before they come.

Upon checking the notes from NBN Co, it appears that the installation was moved. The new schedule that was given to us is on the 24th of December. An email notification was sent as well by your case manager.

 

Further updates will be given as soon as it becomes available.
