Based on our records, the Network Connection Device (NCD) was having trouble getting a connection. It could have been an incorrect equipment set up or a fault that NBNCo needs to check. Nonetheless, I can see that you were assisted by our Provisioning Team in booking an NBN technician to get the service installed tomorrow. Your attendance is required for the technician visit.

Upon checking the notes from NBN Co, it appears that the installation was moved. The new schedule that was given to us is on the 24th of December. An email notification was sent as well by your case manager.
