Wifi NBN not working

My NBN box has only one power sign and the modem has only two indicator on. It was working fine but all of sudden it happens. I try to replace the wAN/LAN wires cause its indicator is not showing in the NBN box and modem as well. Could you please recommend me how I can fix this ?

Can you post photos of all devices. Front of NBN box as well as front and back of modem

Hi @Nisan . Can you reseat the phone cable plugs at back of NBN box and in wall socket.

Do you have a second wall socket to try?

You can also try to reset NBN box using paperclip in Reset hole on back of unit.

The 3rd and 4th lights won't come on until 2nd light is solid blue.

Yes I did change the wires for wall socket and LAN/ WAN wires too. Still the same. I did reset however it still the same ??

The NBN box display only one power sign.
