Wifi not working on google chrome android

Hello, about a week ago chrome stopped working on my android and laptop.
Every app such as Facebook, instagram, speed test all work on wifi, but anything that requires a browser won't connect (even with Facebook, if you click on a link that requires a browser it won't work).

I called the hotline and they said hard resetting the modem (HG659) should work, but it hasn't

Just tried Firefox on my android.

It says "address not found"

Thanks for confirming. Do you see the same errors on another device? How about when you use your mobile data, or another Wi-Fi network?

Mobile data on the androids works. Hotspot on the laptop using the mobile data every thing works. It's just wifi that fails with Chrome

Laptop chrome gets the same error as the android
Second android device, the same thing happens

Don't have access to another wifi network sorry
