archer mr600 wi-fi connection

my new archer mr600 has the small wi-fi bar and the large wi-fi bar lit up but the middle wifi bar is missing is that normal

@russellgiffin Have you tried resetting the modem yet?

How do you reset the modem I have turned on and off when you first turn the unit on 3 bars appear then only the two bars stay on

Look for the RESET button at the back. Push and hold it down until the modem reboots. 

If same thing, send us a private message with your account details so we can look into the replacement.
