Hi i rang TPG tech support 8th July a bout an error with my emails (as per attached file). Wed 13/7/2022 not action has taken place. I am using office outlook 2021, I have been for mths now. TPG is very slow in helping. I can use web page to send seems to be sufficient to them.
I am able to receive but not send via outook so my password is correct.
enabled SMTP auth and now sending.
I had not changed any settings for problem to start in first place. However it fixed it. Thanks to BasilDv and david64
Hi @adsl . Have you enabled SMTP Authentication in Outlook?
Do you know if your WAN ip address might have changed at the time you started having mail problem?
