Get online support
Hi there,
I joined TPG fttb this week, but I've been unable to access the internet since last night (12/11/2020) from 10:00 pm. I am still unable to access the internet. I still cannot access it now.
Is there an issue with fttb at Darlinghurst?
I tried calling the support centre last night but there were major delays due to the severe weather, so throught I'd try again today.
Any advice/suggestions?

Have you powered OFF your modem.... then turned back on after 60 secs?

We were able to locate your account using your community details and checked the line, but was not able to detect any fault.
The modem status is online and working within specification.
If you are not able to get the internet, please check if your devices is connected to the WiFi network of the modem. Also, try to use a Wired connection to confirm if the internet is working.
