My 86yo mother had to change to a new plan - new modem received and connected
modem suggests wifi working - but no internet
was told manual connection would take 24-48 hours - now 72 hours and no internet!
cant get phone support = had a call back at 11 am with a recording saying no-one could talk to me
now on hold...on the siupport line
what is wrong with tpg?
also - at the same time had a new sim card- told it would take 2-3 hours
still no reception after 24 hours - again - cant access technical support ....
Hi @4642040 . What type of NBN connection do you have?
What model wifi router did you receive?
What is the state of the lights on the NBN box (if there is one) and the router?
Is it a Bundled NBN/VOIP phone plan (even though you may not use the phone)?
You can login to the router admin and check the configuration.
The main settings are PPPoE, username and password.
