nbn 50 slow download

We are on a NBN 50 plan but for the last 2 weeks, our internet has been very slow. Average download speed after 10pm is approx 1-9 Mbps. It is also slow during the day.

Did you test the speed on both WiFi and Wired? Or WiFi only?

If via WiFi, are you connected to the 2.4GHz or 5GHz band network?

What troubleshooting have you tried so far?

How many devices are connected and doing some activity around that time?
