very slow ADSL2+ download speed

Hello Support,

Since last Thursday, I am experiancing very slow internet download speed.

Download speed : 1.5 Mbps. ( my line speed is 7 Mbps and normaly I got 6.X Mpbs)

Upload speed : 0.6 Mbps.

Please let me know how to get a normal speed back agian.

Hi @lucifer12,

I ran initial tests on your connection and it shows the service has been connected for 8h 27m and getting a passing speed on the line.

I'd like to confirm if the speed issue is occurring on a wireless device(s) such as Smartphone/Laptop.

If yes, we made an aritcle that will help you on how to improve your wireless connection available here.

Else, please run a speed test using a desktop/laptop connected via LAN/Ethernet cable and post the result here for additional reference.

The test result, I ran it from my desktop. 

I will check out the speed again from the desktop again this evening.
