13 numbers blocked

I can make calls to all numbers EXCEPT for those beginning with 13. I receive a long beep everytime I make a call to a 13 number.

I'm also not able to PM a MOD. I get an 'Access Denied - insufficient privileges' message.

Hi Riezl,

Thanks for the reply; however:

* The phone works for incoming and outgoing calls except for calling 13 numbers

* I don't have permission for the PM function, per my second comment
