8 Second delay in connection of voice calls

Hi @mfeodoroff,

 

We'd like to conduct remote test to the connection. Please turn off the modem/router for 3-5mins and we'll run a test. Reply to this thread when it's turned off.

I just tried a trusty old Telstra T400 and have the same problem.

Shaun, Did you ever get thsi resolved, can't tell from messages. I have been having this issues constantly for 6 months and TPG can't fix this.

If they fixed it how did they do it??
