After installing new router phone line doesn't work

I installed a new modem from tpg (tp-link archer 1600) and the phone line doesn't work. I made sure all the cables were all put in correctly. The phone 1 led is still blank on the modem.
Please help.

We checked the account and it shows that the current status of your phone service is 'not registered'.

We'll check this with our Tech team and provide you with the updates once available.

Kindly reboot the modem/router then check the service.
