Home Phone Not Working

NBN Technician installed NBN and internet is working ok.

However the home phone is not working. 

I can hear the dialling tone but I can't make or receive calls.

We were able to locate your account using your community details and tested the phone service.

It shows that the service is 'Not registered' on the account. We'll raise this with our Tech team and have someone to call you tomorrow between 9AM to 12NN for further checking.
