Home Phone out since Saturday 20th

Hi TPG,
Home Phone has been out for a few days and have already tried
- Reboot Modem
-Substitute known working handset to rule out handset issues.
-Have waited this long in the hope it fixes itself.
- Ring Number....' This call can't be connected' ...Phone out...' Beep, Beep , Beep.
- Internet works fine
- On hold with your Support Phone Number for > 2hrs....
Please let me know how to get some support, thanks.

Thanks for the offer of support however after talking to a few TPG phone support people today they pointed me to the factory reset button on the modem..... just needed the right person on the other end of the line to point me towards the paperclip Smiley Happy
