Like the title says.
First no incoming or outgoing calls.I reset modem and incoming calls ok now.
If I try to dial out all I get is a loud electronic buzzing sound .Dial tone is present when I pick up phone and start dialling.

Still no good. Only engaged signal after dialing number.
