Get online support
Hiya Team
I seem unable to dial out at all on my home phone. I receive the message, "The number you have dialed is not available on this service OCA 0163".
The phone is new and I seem to be able to receive calls.
Any thoughts/ideas?

Your account may be unfinancial (no prepayment for calls not included in your phone plan).
To check, login to "My Account" and look under NBN Digital Voice Services.
