Issues with incoming calls, phone number invalid.

Seems a few others have the same issue.

Outgoing calls are find but friends say it sometimes takes 5 calls before they can get through.

Bought a new phone which I have not tried yet but from what I've read, a refresh from TPG's side can fix it.

Could you do that please?

Some more details...

Phone is plugged into phone1 port. Steady green light.

Most people that call use their homephone, with some mobile calls.

I've tried with my own mobile phone, which is with Vodaphone, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Thanks...

Tony

Hi @thunderlips

Welcome to TPG Community!

We've run some test and was not able to detect any issues within the NBN network.

As you've requested, we've reset the connection remotely. Please observe your service and get back to us if the issue persists.

I treid it again today.

First I connected a new Uniden 'NBN compatible" phone.

Called from my Vodafone mobile.

Worked first call, second call got the "number invalid" message.

Have been expecting some calls as well and there has been nothing.

So something is still not right Smiley Sad

Hi @thunderlips,

Thanks for the additional details. Does the issue also occurs on your old previous handset?

I'll try the old phone again and will report back.

Thanks @thunderlips,

In case the issue will persist using the old handset, we may need to arrange a call from one of our Technicians for real-time and further testing.

Feel free to PM me your best contact number and preferred time.
