Landline is not working

My landline has not been working for the last day or so.

We can not receive or make calls, but the internet is fine.

There are no NBN issues in Paralowie SA and all lights on modems etc seem fine

Have checked cables and nothing out of the norm

Hi @amhiggs62,

 

Welcome to the community!

 

There are several cause of home phone issue.

 

  • Faulty Phone Cable
  • Faulty Handset
  • If you're with ADSL2+, possible Phone Socket Issue
  • If you're with NBN/TPG-FTTB, possible modem/router configuration issue

    (This can be fix by doing hard-reset with the modem/router).
