Last night there was a storm in my area and my telephone line no longer works. I have tried plugging into both phone ports and my phone just has a message on the screen saying 'Check TEL line'. There is no dial tone.
I tried calling technical support, received a call back after 40 minutes but the line went dead as I picked it up. I called back again on the same line, didn't get an option to receive a call back and gave up after 20 minutes as there was no indication that anyone would ever pick.
Hoping someone can assist please.
