Hi, how can I retrieve my details to log in to the Novus portal? I cannot find any email with the details I need and I really need to check my data as NBN in my area has been down since the evening of the 25th and I'm using more data than usual.

Thanks, that gave me a user ID and I changed the password, but when I try to use it on the Novus portal it tells me either the ID or password are wrong. It allows me access to the old portal only.
