No TPG landline

Home landline has been down for 6 days. Daily emails to Helpdesk @ tpg   get  an automated respose, while emails to techops @ tpg are ignored. TPG NBN connection is working OK. Turning everything off and on didn't help.  Any suggestions. pleaae?
