Get online support
Hi,
For approximately 3 days now, I've had no incoming or outgoing calls on my home phone. A pre-recorded message can be heard saying 'the lines are congested' followed by some sort of error code(?) OCA0142.
Could I please have some sort of direction on how to fix this?

Sadly we have had this problem and nothing is Being done about it.
