No phone line disconnected for two days.

Hello,

 

I live in Pakenham, Victoria and for two days our home phone has been offline and/or disconnected. I need urgently help to get this service restored ASAP.

We did an article that you may find helpful. This will guide you on how to perform basic troubleshooting with your TPG Home phone. See links below.

 

For testing purposes, you may also try to use a different handset if available. We ran an initial test to the service and no line fault were found and the service is connected to our Network.
