Hi, just hoping someone might have a solution for not being able to dial out, or into voip, with OCA0188 being cited?
Been with TPG years but only just installing the phone now. Have tried reboot and 5 min as advised on another post here. Plugged into phone 1 (tried phone 2) on Archer VR1600v, FTTN
Any help greatly appreciated
Once, call failure codes were meant to highlight the fault region , to help techs. Now, that seems a universal code. Hopefully the Mods will look into this for you. When I had it, a call to TPG techs got it cleared after a short delay.
