Phone extra with NBN Plan

Hi, I no longer wish to use my home land line with my NBN connection. NBN must remain connected. I changed my plan to exclude the phone extra charge of $10.00. I just checked my credit card and a $10 charge was made on 19/2. I changed my plan to exclude this charge on 5/2. Can you please advise if this charge has now been removed from all future billings?
