Get online support
Hello,
I'm hoping if I can get some assistance. My phone line is not currently working. It's always busy seems. But the internet is working fine. Can anyone assist me on this?
I have tried using both Phone 1 and Phone 2 on the modem.

Has the home phone ever worked? Are you unable to make and receive calls at all? You can try doing a factory reset on the modem (manual configuration may be required after) and see how it goes.

Same here.
Called TPG support.
After a long wait trying to find what is going on the support person advised that there is a Home phone outage across Victoria.
Technicians are working on it "as we speak". ETA on fix is not clear.
I am a bit surprised that, if true, this has not been flagged as a critical probem, considering that it is for "All of Victoria"
Can someone shed more light on it?

Just looked at the router logs and can see the following repeating message for VOIP
every IP of the domain has been tried, but we didn't find the correct one!
