As noted in my post. I am having the same problem.
The last call received to our number was two days ago from my husbands office. There is no problem there. I have checked the connections at our home and all are correct. The phone appears to be still connected to an open line at the exchange.
The assigned Engineer is awaiting confirmation from our Homephone Team, @adslnhgc. Updates will be provided the soonest it's available.
