My phone does not work with the new replecement modem (archer 1600) sent by TPG.
The prevuous modem had no issues.
The Phone1 light is not lit.
I get dial tone on the phone - dial teh number - and get a long continuous beep when it has completed the dialling of the number.
Is it a case of TPG resetting my modem remotely?
