Phones Not Working post-NBN installation

Hi,

Following the installation of the NBN, my landline phones are now not working.

The internet is working fine - the devices are hooked up to a phone with split ADSL lines, however I've also tried connecting the devices to a non-split line and it still doesn't work.

Can anyone please help!

@Shazzle  thanks for the inquiry.

Not sure what type on NBN service you have, but you would need to connect your home phone to the NBN modem or network termination device.
