Was it working fine before or it is the first time you are using the TPG App?
You may try to uninstall and reinstall the App, then try again.

I have reinstalled a couple of times
i assume it is the "new app"
it wants to send a code to my phone but freezes on the "send code" screen and crashes
cant login at all
Same on iPhone and iPad
